Rahel Appiagyei-David, a college professor, facilitator, and consultant, uses her skills and experience as a facilitator to help structure and develop creative problem-solving regimens for her clients.Her experience includes working with businesses, agencies, individuals, and institutions to assist them with learning new skills, planning, and executing strategies towards required and desired end results.
Rahel believes that in the world of communications, there is always room for improvement. As such, she tailors her training and consultancy towards improving the productive and practical skills of her clientele.
She is proficient in four languages, and has worked in the social service, government, corporate, and academic sectors. As someone whose mother tongue is not English, she knows firsthand the impact poor communication has on individuals and teams. Through her business, One1000 Training and Consulting, Rahel provides concentrated and focused training to project leaders and managers to improve communication and enhance their teams’ overall performance. Some of her work involves sub-contracting in curriculum development, training, planning, and personal development.
Rochelle Punit
Rochelle has over 12 years of experience working for various nonprofit and for profit organizations in multiple capacities. She specializes in outreach and program development, public speaking, grant writing, social media management, and volunteer management.
Over the years Rochelle has really focused on helping others. She works with women to find their love for themselves and build self-esteem and self confidence while highlighting the importance of one's birthday. Rochelle is a certified cosmetologist with a focus of creating a movement in millennial women to reimagine the impact they have on the world around them.
Denise Linton
Denise Linton is an online marketing strategist with over fifteen years experience. Her career has evolved over the years to accommodate the changing nature of digital marketing where she uses her knowledge and experience to help business owners and non-profit organizations increase their online visibility.
Denise used her passion for digital marketing and her heart for volunteering to form a nonprofit organisation Skilled Moms, to empower women. Where women around the world can benefit from applying to available remote job opportunities or obtain free digital marketing coaching for their local business.
When she is not hanging with her two kids, Denise spends her time volunteering with a local GTA non-profit, relaxing in nature or globe trotting.

With more than 10 years of administrative, security and management experience, Amy Liu is a quick learner with a multi-faceted skill set. Previously a Peer Mentor against violence, Amy has conducted several public speaking engagements, written published articles, and participated in speaking panels regarding financial literacy, parenting, and current social events. Amy has worked within her community, and assisted with keeping it safe through violence de-escalation and crime prevention.
Amy has passionately trained and led teams, through her work, where she has passed on her beliefs and values on humanity and social justice. When Amy has free time from her two boys, she enjoys working out, nature walks, and laying on a pink sand beach.

Shanttalees (Shantie) Ashmeade has over 14 years of experience working in various industries from real estate, to insurance, and the legal field.
Shantie is passionate, empathetic, and self motivated, and has been successful at her first go at entrepreneurship as a virtual assistant. Her interests include, health and fitness, nature walks, and all things tv and film.
